Gerol Petruzella – Transparency & UX: A Student View

Presentation Description:

One of the best techniques for designers and faculty is to take a walk through a course…as a student. Temporarily setting aside expertise and familiarity helps surface critical design issues that can obstruct student success, helps us understand the reasons behind design choices, and helps build pedagogically useful empathy for student experience. This session demonstrates how a “student” walk-through can work as part of the course design process.
